Sport Specific Training:
The purpose of a sport specific training program is to optimize the athlete's performance in their respective sport(s) through strength and conditioning.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or just get into shape, we can help you meet your health and fitness goals. Let us create a custom program just for you based on your preferences and schedule. Have an injury that is preventing you from working out? Don't use that as an excuse to sit on the couch! We can create a customized workout program for you that works around your injury.
On-line Training:
We can customize a workout for you to do at home, at the gym, in a hotel room, anywhere! You tell us what equipment you have, what your fitness goals are, and how much time you have to workout, and we will design a program that meets your needs. Our on-line training program allows you to access your customized workouts from any computer with an internet connection. Login with your username and password, click the workout links on your calendar, and your workouts pop-up with animated exercise demonstrations and assigned sets and reps. Other features include: cardio activity log, strength training log, on-line food journal, and much more. Your workouts are changed each month with new, more challenging exercises to help you achieve the results you want, and to keep your workouts fun. As an on-line training client, you have full access to your trainer through e-mail or phone.
In-Home Training:
For our clients who prefer to work out in the privacy of their own home, we also provide in-home training services. We will travel to your home and bring the necessary equipment to help you meet your fitness goals!
We also provide training for small groups at a client's home as long as space permits. Please inquire for rates.
