
PETE ASADOURIAN
Pete Asadourian is the Owner/Founder of Future Fitness Sport Specific Training, LLC. Pete has been in the field of sport specific training for the past 14 years. As a former head basketball coach at Rocky Hill High School, he led his team to a State Championship in his first season. Pete's training and coaching style is to motivate and get the most out of his athletes both in the weight room and on the court. Pete is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Quinnipiac Men's Basketball Team, has a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, is a Member of the NSCA, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. He currently works with athletes at the professional, collegiate and high school level, instilling in them the values of hard work, intensity and mental toughness.
NICK NIRO
Nick Niro is a Certified Fitness Trainer, holds an Associates Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and is currently in school working towards his Bachelors Degree in Sport, Exercise, and Health Promotions at Central Connecticut State University. Nick played varsity football, basketball, and track at Rocky Hill High School. Nick was a co-captain of the football team, and earned All-Herald and All-Conference Honors as a linebacker. Nick is currently an Assistant Football Coach and Assistant Basketball Coach at Rocky Hill High School.
JOSH REAVES
Josh Reaves played varsity basketball at Rocky Hill High School under Coach Pete Asadourian on the 2002 State Championship Team before he began working for Future Fitness as a personal trainer. Josh was the Team Captain his senior year, led the team in points and assists, and was named to the All-Conference and All-Herald Teams. Josh went on to play at Mitchell College and was also an Assistant Coach under Pete Asadourian at Rocky Hill High School. Josh credits Pete with instilling in him the values of hard work, mental toughness, and a winning attitude, which Josh now instills in his clients. 
LYNN MACDONALD
Lynn MacDonald is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and works for Future Fitness as a group class instructor. She holds Certifications in Cycle, Pilates, BOSU (both side up balance trainer) and Water Aerobics. Lynn is a strong proponent of weight lifting; she especially encourages women to lift because of the wealth of health benefits it provides. Her specialty is instructing classes large and small (i.e., BLT, Butt, Legs and Thighs, Spin Cycle, Pilates, etc.) as well as small group personal training sessions. To provide an effective workout, her classes include functional, core and balance training. Lynn shares her passion for exercise and educates her classes and clients on the benefits of an effective workout. Lynn's previous experience was working as a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer for Edward Health and Fitness in Naperville, IL.
